1. Yakitori
Yakitori is a Japanese satay. There are many types of Yakitori, from meat, pork and chicken. In Kado restaurant, there are three types of yakitori sauce, which are sweet, salty, and spicy. I prefer sweet sauce. Most of the Yakitori are delicious but i don't recommend the Tsukune ( Chicken meatballs ) one.
2. Kamameshi
Kamameshi is a rice that is cooked in traditional way. Because of this, customers should wait for about 3o minutes before it is ready to be served. What 30 minutes ? yes, it is a long time but it is worth it. There are four types of Kamameshi, which are chicken kamameshi, mixed kamameshi, tuna kamameshi, and scallop kamameshi. I recommend the scallop kamameshi, although it is more expensive but it is a seasonal kamameshi. You must try it.
