For me, the best Xiao Long Bao Chinese Restaurant is Nan Xiang restaurant, my reasons are :
- Nan Xiang Restaurant teaches us how to eat Xiao Long Bao with a better technique than Din Tai Fung technique. Imperial Treasure La Mian Xiao Long Bao and Crystal Jade restaurant don't teach the techniques
- Like Din Tai Fung, Nan Xiang Restaurant also offers replacements for all Xiao Long Bao that are leaking or there is no soup inside. Imperial Treasure La Mian Xiao Long Bao restaurant and Crytal Jade don't provide this kind of service.
- Nan Xiang Restaurant is the only restaurant that offers Xiao Long Bao with hairy crab
